Rockscapes & More
Rockscapes are amazing to photograph. They have such personality, and even though a photo may have been taken many times in the past, every photo is unique. My favorite rockscapes locations are in Arizona, Utah, Nevada and California. Death Valley National Park has awesome rockscapes and sand dunes, and I try my best to get there every year in March while the weather is not too hot. All the sand dune photos on this page were taken in Death Valley except for one that I took in the United Arab Emerates. There is a massive area there called the Empty Quarter that is so large it defies the mind.
